Agnes Stadnick, 93, of Williamstown, NJ, passed away on August 21, 2023, with family by her side.

Devoted wife of the late Walter Stadnick; Agnes is survived by a loving family: three children, four grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.

"Penny," as she was known since childhood, was born in Williamstown.  The family later moved to Philadelphia where Penny graduated from high school.  After getting married, she lived on her husband's family farm in Cecil, NJ, and she remained in Cecil for the rest of her life.  Penny was a devoted daughter and wife, and a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.  She was kind and generous to everyone she met and she was very well-liked in her community.  She had a wonderful sense of humor and never lost her ability to laugh at herself.  In addition to supporting the work on the farm and raising her family, she worked various jobs throughout her life and enjoyed a number of hobbies, including gardening, crocheting, crafting, reading, and collecting antiques.  She also sometimes traveled - to several states in the U.S. as well as overseas, visiting Bermuda, the former Yugoslavia, Romania, and Burkina Faso.

Penny was kind, gentle, compassionate, and humble.  She had a quiet inner strength and was always ready to offer help and support to anyone in need.  Her family and friends were very fortunate to have had her in their lives and she is greatly missed by all those who knew her.

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Sunday, April 21st from 10:30-11:00 AM, where a memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM at the Farnelli Funeral Home, 504 N. Main Street, Williamstown.  Inurnment will follow in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Williamstown.
