Angela M. Carr (nee Hillary), age 63, of Williamstown, NJ, passed away on December 10, 2025.  Born in Newburgh, NY, she was raised in Erial, NJ and has lived in Williamstown over 20 years.

Angela was a preschool teacher for KidAcademy Learning Center in Absecon.  She loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Beloved wife of the late Joseph W. Carr.  Devoted mother of Jessica Williams (Thomas Kelly).  Loving daughter of George and Brenda Hillary. Loving grandmother of Darrien Williams and Domenica Chandler. She is also survived by other family members and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Tuesday, December 16th from 9:30 – 11:00 am at the Farnelli Funeral Home, 504 N. Main Street, Williamstown, where a memorial service will be held at 11:00 am.
