Anthony "Sonny" E. Martorano, Jr., age 84, of Franklinville, NJ, passed away surrounded by his loving family on October 26, 2025.

He was born in Camden, NJ to Anthony and Elizabeth Martorano.  Sonny proudly served in the US Navy.  He raised his family in Lindenwold, NJ before moving to Franklinville over 30 years ago.  After a long career with Campbell Soup, Sonny worked as a custodian at Woodbury High School until retiring.

With a love for the outdoors, he enjoyed family camping trips and fishing; later in life, he cherished traveling with his wife.  Sonny was a true car enthusiast and took great pride in his Corvette and Camaro.  He was also passionate about fitness and could often be found on the tennis court, out for a jog or weightlifting.  Sonny loved relaxing at home, lounging in his "ballroom pants" and watching his favorite shows, Law & Order and SVU.

Beloved husband of 61 years to Wanda Martorano (nee Daniels).  Devoted father of Deneen Mitchell (Gary) and Vincent Martorano.  Cherished grandfather of Brooke Mitchell, Gary Mitchell, and Alexis Martorano.  Loving great grandfather of Julian Mitchell, Amelia Mitchell, Jayden Bouchaud, and Anastasia Mitchell.  Dear brother of Thomas Martorano (Carrie) and the late Richard Martorano.  He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Saturday, November 1st from 10:00-11:30 AM at the Farnelli Funeral Home, 504 N. Main St., Williamstown, where a funeral service will be held at 11:30 AM.  Burial will follow in the Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Williamstown.
