Babette A. Wise (nee Adams), 81, of Williamstown, NJ, went home to be with the Lord on June 18, 2023, with her family by her side.

Born and raised in Suffolk, VA, she has lived in Williamstown for over 56 years.

Mrs. Wise worked as the Director of Language Arts and Social Studies at Gloucester Township Public Schools.  She was a supervisor of student teachers at Rowan University as well as an active member of the Delta Kappa Gamma International Educators Foundation since 1993.  Her true-life passion was education.  She was very active in the First United Methodist Church of Williamstown.  In her spare time, she enjoyed traveling with her husband and going to Cape May, NJ.  She was a very dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother.

Beloved wife of 56 years to Carl A. Wise.  Loving mother of Desiree Cuniberti (Michael).  Devoted Nana of Noah Cuniberti.  Dear sister of the late Richard Adams (Barbara) of Kitty Hawk, NC, and Victoria Rudisail of Marietta, GA.  Babette is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Thursday, June 22nd from 9:30 – 11:00 AM at the Farnelli Funeral Home, 504 N. Main Street, Williamstown, where a service will be held at 11:00 AM.  Burial will follow in Williamstown Methodist Cemetery.
