Barbara A. Chester (nee Nelson), 61, of Williamstown, NJ, passed away on March 1, 2023.

Barbara was born in Saddle Brook, NJ, and lived in various places before settling in Williamstown. She spent 22 years in the U.S. Navy working as a Jet Engine Mechanic.   She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family in her spare time.

Beloved wife of nearly 39 years to Gary Chester.  Devoted mother of Nina Brindle (Scott), Sean Chester, and Cindy Chester (Rickey).  Dear sister of John Nelson (Kathy) and Jackie Cooper (the late Lenny).  Loving grandmother of Kaia, Taylor, Rhyan, Julianna, King, and Ryder.  She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Wednesday, March 8 ^th from 7:00 – 8:30 PM at the Farnelli Funeral Home, 504 N. Main Street, Williamstown, where a memorial service will be held at 8:30 PM.
