Betty Alvarado, age 70, of Monroeville, NJ, passed away peacefully on July 21, 2025.

Betty worked as a Quality Control Operator at Comar Glass in Vineland, NJ for 30 years. Betty was an excellent cook and loved to sew. She was exceptional at crocheting blankets, hats & scarfs for her kids and grandkids.

She loved to relax in her pool having cocktails in the sunshine and loved trips to the shore. Betty also loved to collect Betty Boop memorabilia. Betty was a loving pet owner to her German Sheppards Roxy & Bear. Betty exercised her belief in The Lord.

Daughter of the late Mary & Robert Crawford. Beloved wife of Miguel "Mike" Alvarado, truly inseparable for 54 years. Devoted mother of Michele Kastrava (Michael Axelsson) and Michael Alvarado. Beloved Mom-mom of Skylar Kastrava, Jayden & Brielle Alvarado, Korie Sorey, Malania, Mylee, Karly & Kloey Fareri.

Services will be held privately at the request of the family. A Celebration of Life will be held at a future date with details to follow by social media.
