Carmen J. Ambrosia, age 84, a lifelong resident of Clayton, NJ, passed away on July 24, 2026.

Carmen worked as a mechanic throughout his career, starting at Ford Motors and retiring from Casie/Protank. He had a passion for restoring old cars but his true joy was the countless hours spent hanging with the guys in the garage; friends and grandsons were always welcomed. He was also an avid hunter. Above all, Carmen cherished spending time with his family.

Beloved husband of 65 years to Jacqueline A. Ambrosia (nee Moore). Devoted father of Constance Scheeper (David), Kenneth Ambrosia (Marylee), and Ronald Ambrosia. Loving grandfather of Lacey, Joshua, Carley, Kenneth II, Niko, Kailee, Turquoise, Marc and great grandfather of 10. He was predeceased by his parents Frank and Julia Ambrosia and siblings Mary Doughty, Vicky Hildebrand, Rita Maskery, Frank Ambrosia, Jr., Pete Ambrosia, and Joseph Ambrosia. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
