Cheri Lynn Kurczeski (nee Klem), 63, of Franklinville, NJ, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 24, 2023, surrounded by her loving family and friends at her residence.

Cheri was born in New Brunswick, NJ, and raised in Old Bridge, before settling in Franklinville.  She attended and graduated from Madison Central High School in Old Bridge, NJ.

She had a long career of over 30 years in the Monroe Township Public Schools as a Secretary of Health Benefits.  She retired in 2022 and devoted her time to her family and helping others.  She was a member of the Church of the Nativity Parish of Saint Michael the Archangel in Franklinville and volunteered at the Franklinville Volunteer Fire Company for many years.  In her spare time, she enjoyed crafting, shopping, and traveling.  Cheri loved making people laugh and spending time with her family and friends.   Most of all, she loved her husband, Rick, her son, Ricky, and her father, George.  She brought love, joy, and happiness to everyone she met.  She was the light of our lives and will be deeply missed.

Cheri was predeceased by her mother, Barbara, whom she loved dearly.  She is survived by her devoted husband, Richard Kurczeski, Jr.; adoring son, Ricky Kurczeski; caring father George Klem.  She will be missed by her in-laws, Richard, Sr. & Patricia Kurczeski, Karen & Greg Fallon, Kim & Mitch Feingold, and Ken Kurczeski.  She is also survived by her loving nephews, nieces, and grand nephews and niece. Cheri leaves behind her beloved dog, Bella.

At the request of the family, services will be held privately.
