Constance L. Burke (nee Johnson), age 85, of Williamstown, NJ, formerly of Mercersburg, PA, passed away on September 3, 2024.

Constance worked as a seamstress for Stanley Manufacturer in Chambersburg, PA before retiring.  She was a devoted member of the Mercersburg Bethel AME Church, where she served as the choir director.  Constance enjoyed baking, cooking, gardening, crocheting, and doing crossword puzzles.  She loved her game shows, especially Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy, was an avid Phillies fan and a true animal lover.  Above all, she cherished time spent with her family.

Beloved wife of the late John W. Burke.  Devoted mother of Melodie Tucker (Jeffrey), Tonia Simmons (Richard), and Michelle Burke (Stephen Favieri).  Loving grandmother of Adriana, Alexandra, Jeffrey John, Abrielle, Armani and great grandmother of Brixton.  Dear sister of Kathryn Murphy (Willie), the late Gilbert Johnson (the late Frances), Ruth McNeil (the late Robert), the late Carol Hunter, Stewart Johnson (Miriam), the late Shirley Wilkerson (Terry), Robert Johnson (Valora), and Clifford "Bil" Johnson (Kathy).  She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and close friends.

Services will be held privately at the request of the family.
