Cornelia L. Mills, (Connie Johnson), age 60, was born on January 4, 1964, to the late Annie F. Johnson (Francis) and Cornelius H. Johnson in Vineland, NJ. She transitioned to be with the Lord on September 11, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.

Born and raised in Vineland, NJ where she also raised her family before settling in Williamstown, NJ with her husband Vance Mills.  Beloved wife of Vance E. Mills. Devoted mother of Randi and Kile. Stepmother of Alexis and Chantel. Devoted Grandmother to NaCierre, Lydia, and Sarai. Treasured sister of Earl, Lyndon, and Brian. Connie was predeceased by her sister Cheryl Brookings (Johnson) and brother Eugene Johnson. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, cousins, and many close friends.  She worked for Harrah's Casino in Atlantic City, NJ, for over 30 years. She enjoyed family BBQ's, going on cruises, going shopping, spending time with her husband and family, and playing Bingo with her friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Friday, September 20th 10:00 – 11:00 AM at the Farnelli Funeral Home, 504 N. Main Street, Williamstown, NJ, where a celebration of life service will be following at 11 AM. Final disposition will be private.
