Obituary

David J. Damiani, Sr., age 76, of Williamstown, NJ, passed away peacefully on August 3, 2024, at his home surrounded by his loving family.  Born in Camden, NJ, he spent his childhood in Pennsauken then moved to Cherry Hill, Voorhees, and spent 5 years in Boca Raton, Florida before moving to Williamstown.

David honorably served his country in the US Navy. He was known to many as the "Silver Fox" and "Diamond Dave". David excelled in his profession and over the years, he made a name for himself in the car business.

Beloved husband of 53 years to Regina Damiani (nee Canzanese).  Devoted father of David J. Damiani, Jr., Gina Damiani, and Michael Damiani (Kelly). Loving grandfather of Marcus Taylor, Brielle Damiani, Sabrina Damiani, Carlo Damiani, and Mia Damiani. Dear brother of Lisa Rubertone (Jerry), Nancy Erlichman (Scott), Ron Damiani (Diane), the late John Damiani (Nancy), the late Al Damiani (Alyce), Gloria Damiani, and Eric Damiani. Cherished brother-in-law of Janice Picucci and Gail Matusheski. David is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, as well as a lifelong friend, Gerald Vencius.


A graveside service will be held for friends and family on Thursday, August 8th at the Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 240 N. Tuckahoe Rd. Williamstown, at the outdoor committal pavilion. A brief visitation will begin at 1:30 PM and a service along with military honors will be held at 2 PM. Those wishing to be present for the burial can do so immediately following the service.
