Dawn L. Basner (nee Oakes), 74, of Berlin, NJ, went home to be with the Lord on March 14, 2023.

Beloved wife of 51 years to Charles E. Basner.  Devoted mother of Charles W. Basner (Jessie) and Joy L. Shaffer (R. Chad).  Loving grandmother of Ellen Shaffer, Thad Basner, and Owen Shaffer.  Daughter of the late William and Martha Oakes.

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Saturday, March 18 ^th from 10:00-11:00 AM at Cross Keys United Methodist Church, 1644 N. Main St., Williamstown, NJ, where a funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM.  Burial will be held privately.
