Debra D. Akins, age 70, of Turnersville, NJ, passed away on July 2, 2026.

Debbie worked for Virtua as a Certified Home Health Aide for many years before retiring. She was a wonderful cook and found great joy in preparing meals for family and friends. She enjoyed spending time tending to her garden and also loved shopping with friends while searching for treasures at yard sales. The holiday season held a special place in her heart and she delighted in decorating for Christmas. Her favorite colors, black and white, reflected Debbie’s timeless sense of style and elegance.

Dear sister of William Gregor and Donald McLaughlin. She is predeceased by 14 other brothers and sisters. She is survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Services will be held privately at the request of the family.
