Dori Swenk (nee Deschler), 62, of Franklinville sadly left us on October 5, 2023. She has been reunited in heaven with her husband the late Stephen Swenk, both her parents the late Elsie Brown and the late William Deschler and beloved dog Corky.

Dori is survived by her three daughters, Kelly DeStefano (Pat), Tammy LaPadula (John), Jamie Evancich (Paula), and seven grandchildren, Kayla, Dylen, Brynn, Collin, Hannah, Mackenzie and Luke as well as her beloved dogs CJ and Jackie.

She is also survived by her sister Jeanne Jacobs (the late Paul), brothers William Deschler (Roger) and Richard Brown (Stephanie), as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Dori was a hardworking, dedicated, loving mother and wife who in her later years was a Lead Quality Control Technician at J & J Snack Foods for over 10 years. Many who loved her referred to her as Dori Fish because she just kept swimming. She was very caring and extremely giving. In her free time, Dori loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren, shopping, doing puzzles, going on adventures with her many friends, and vacationing with her late husband of 45 years.

A Celebration of Life will be held privately at the request of the family.
