Doris M. Miller (nee Ewing), age 94, of Williamstown, NJ, passed away on July 12, 2024.

Doris was proud of her education, receiving her Bachelors Degree in Early Education.  She worked as a substitute teacher for many years and retired after 30 years as a mail carrier for the USPS in Williamstown.  After retirement, she furthered her education, became a Multi-Systems Technician and worked for Virtua Hospital in Berlin.

With her leadership qualities, she was a Girl Scout Troop Leader for Troop # 166 in Cecil.  She also served as a confidant and leader for her OA community.  Doris was a member of the Williamstown Chapter # 149 Order of the Eastern Star and part of the exercise club at St. John's Lutheran Church.  A woman of strong faith, she was a devoted Sunday school teacher and member of Beacon Presbyterian Church in Kensington and most recently at the New Brooklyn United Methodist Church in Williamstown.

Beloved wife of the late David W. Miller.  Devoted mother of Dee Harmon (Sam), the late David "Mike" Miller (Jan), and the late Diane Miller.  Loving grandmother of David Miller (Christine), Neil Hinshillwood (Julia), Amber Hinshillwood (Aaron), the late Michelle Chism (J.W.), and great grandmother of Gabby Miller, Nick Miller, Remy Fortsch, and Brody Fortsch.  She was predeceased by her siblings Kathryn Shaw, James Ewing, and Frank Ewing.  Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Thursday, July 18th from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM at the Farnelli Funeral Home, 504 N. Main Street, Williamstown, where a service will be held at 12:00 PM. (Eastern Star service 11:00 AM).  Burial will follow in the Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Williamstown.
