Dorothy E. Carruolo (nee Leyman), age 77, of Williamstown, NJ, formerly of Pennsauken, passed away on October 14, 2024.

With her generous heart, she had a passion for caring for others.  Dorothy was a dedicated caregiver to her children for many years.  She was also a devoted member of St. Mary's Church/Our Lady of Peace Parish, where she served as a Eucharistic minister and was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America.

Beloved daughter of the late Elizabeth Kornish.  Treasured mother of Tina Clark (Frank), the late Michael Fanelle, and the late Joseph Fanelle, Jr.  Loving grandmother of Anthony Clark.  Dear sister of Betty Leyman, the late Anna Leyman, and the late Patricia Thurston (the late Frank).  She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, her best friend, who was like a sister, Margie Baxendale (the late Billy), and her furbaby and protector, Ace.

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Saturday, October 19th from 10:00 – 11:00 AM at St. Mary's Church / Our Lady of Peace Parish, S. Main Street and Carroll Ave., Williamstown.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM.
