Dwight W. Hartman, age 87, of Walnut Cove, NC, formerly of Chesilhurst, NJ, went home to be with the Lord on July 22, 2022.

Mr. Hartman honorably served his country in the U.S. Army.  He was an active member of the Open Bible Baptist Church in Williamstown, NJ, for many years.

Beloved husband of the late Betty Jane Hartman (nee Friend). Devoted father of Dwayne A. Hartman (Peggy).  Devoted foster father of Michael T. Pugh (Karen) and Catherine C. Bates (Keith).  Loving grandfather of 2 grandchildren and 4 foster grandchildren. Dear brother of the late Richard Hartman and the late George Hartman.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Friday, July 29 ^th from 8:30 - 9:30 AM at the Open Bible Baptist Church, 1073 New Brooklyn Road, Williamstown, NJ 08094, where a service will be held at 9:30 AM.  Burial will follow in the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown.
