Edward K. Dare, Jr., age 95, a lifelong resident of Williamstown, NJ, passed away on November 6, 2024.

Mr. Dare was a Corporal in the US Marine Corps and a veteran of the Korean War.  He later worked as a Foreman for Bell Telephone for many years before retiring.  He was a talented woodworker and enjoyed music, especially playing the guitar and organ.

Beloved husband of the late Geraldine J. Dare (nee Romalino).  Devoted father of Charlene Carlson (nee Dare) (the late Jack) and Edward K. Dare, III (Terri).  Loving grandfather of Kimberly Kennedy (Ray), Ryan Carlson (Toni), Eric K. Dare (Caitlin) and the late Kevin Dare.  Loving great-grandfather of 7.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Thursday, November 14th from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at the Farnelli Funeral Home, 504 N. Main Street, Williamstown, where a service will be held at 12:00 PM.  Burial will follow in the Gloucester County Veterans Cemetery, Williamstown.
