Edward J. Patterson, Jr., age 75, of Williamstown, NJ, passed away on November 28, 2025.

Ed proudly served in the US Army, retiring after 20 years of service to our country. He later went on to have a 39-year career with the NJ DOT where he retired as a Supervisor.  In his free time, Ed enjoyed spending time down the shore, crabbing with his family and cooking for his friends at Bayberry.

Beloved husband of 52 years to Carol L. Patterson (nee Holler).  Devoted father of Edward J. Patterson, III and the late Amy E. Patterson.  Loving grandfather of Carly Patterson, Gavin Rhodes, and Briella Rhodes.  Son of the late Edward and Marie Patterson.  Dear brother of the late Jake Patterson (Gerry).  He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and his best friend Melvin Sickler.

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Thursday, December 4th from 9:00 - 11:00 AM at the Farnelli Funeral Home, 504 N. Main Street, Williamstown, where a time of sharing will be held at 11:00 AM.  Burial will follow in the Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Williamstown.
