Elizabeth Ann (Johnson) Manzo-DeFalco, 75, of Williamstown, NJ, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones. Born on March 6, 1950, in Jersey City, Elizabeth lived a life marked by strength, compassion, and dedication to those she loved.

She was predeceased by her parents, Rose and Harry Johnson; her sister, Patricia Costa; her brother, James Johnson; her nephew, Richard McCaig; her niece, Michelle Cook; and her beloved husbands, John Manzo and Patrick DeFalco.

Elizabeth is survived by her devoted life partner, Joseph Rigilano, who brought joy, laughter, and companionship to her later years. Elizabeth was a proud and loving stepmother to Dale Howarth (David) and Emily Balog (Matthew), and a cherished grandmother to Brynn, Reed, Sawyer, and Ivy.

Elizabeth attended Our Lady of Victories Grammar School and graduated from St. Michael's High School, where she played on the girls' basketball team. Her love of the game turned her into a huge NY Knicks fan. After graduation, Liz began her career as a Legal Assistant with the Public Defender's office in Hudson County, NJ. She would move on to work for several law firms in Hudson County as a top-notch paralegal. She later had a long and impactful career in real estate as a Realtor. Through her work in real estate, she developed an eye for design. Her home was always decorated beautifully and very welcoming, inside and out.

Outside of her professional life, Elizabeth had a deep passion for cooking and delighted in sharing recipes with friends and family. She loved to travel with her closest girlfriends, enjoyed taking long walks, and never missed a chance to dine at her favorite local Italian restaurants with Joe by her side.

Elizabeth will be remembered for her wit, warmth, and unwavering loyalty to her family and friends. Her strength, kindness, and fierce love for those around her will leave an indelible mark on the many lives she touched.
