Our Mother, Elsa Dolores Velez, has finally come to rest and belongs now to our faithful Lord.

She was born August 22, 1946 and was raised in the beautiful town of Cidra, Puerto Rico. She resided there with her parents and siblings for most of her youth before relocating to the U.S. mainland. Here she met her husband, Ismael Velez Sr, and together they spent the duration of their lives in New Jersey and Central Florida. They dedicated their lives serving God in evangelism and pastoring. Together they enjoyed their four children.

She was a devoted mother and family meant everything to her. Being in the presence of those she loved, brought her indescribable joy. She was center to our hearts and will be missed dearly.

She leaves a beloved legacy that includes her four children: Ismael Jr., Joel, Bryant, and Idalisa; thirteen grandchildren: Ariane, Alicia, Gabrielle, Diovanni, Jaylean , Joseph, Lisaira, Sarahi, Meleny, Emma, Nathaniel, Joel Jr, and Elizabeth, and lastly three great- grandchildren: Ezra, Thea, and Noah. We miss her but believe strongly in the promise of Jesus Christ, that we will one day be reunited again.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Saturday, June 17th from 9:00-11:00 AM, where a funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM at Funeraria Borinquen, 2360 Michigan Avenue, Kissimmee, FL 34744.  Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery.
