Evelyn B. Vanaman, age 89, of Williamstown, NJ, went home to be with the Lord on April 5, 2026.  Born in Camden, she was raised in Glassboro and has lived in Williamstown for 70 years.

Evelyn was a graduate of Glassboro High School, Class of 1954.  She was the Assistant to the Provost at Rowan University, where she worked for 31 years before retiring in 2000.  Evelyn was an active member of Open Bible Baptist Church.  Evelyn enjoyed traveling, spending summers and winters at her homes in Brigantine, NJ and South Beach, FL and spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Beloved wife of 70 years to Elwood B. Vanaman.  Devoted mother of Barbara (Roland) Courtney and Kimberly (Cam) Massara.  Loving grandmother of Tony (Emily) Delmonico, Joey (Monica) Delmonico, Nicky Delmonico, Miranda (Ryan) Yaniak, Alyssa (Matt) Bruno and Corinne Massara. Loving great-grandmother of 9.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Saturday, April 11th from 2:30 – 3:30 pm at Open Bible Baptist Church, 1073 New Brooklyn Road, Williamstown, where a service will be held at 3:30 pm.  Burial will be held on Monday, April 13th at 10:00 am in Hillcrest Memorial Park, 550 Delsea Drive, Sewell.
