Evelyn S. Zielke (nee Sykes), 86, a lifelong resident of Williamstown, NJ, went home to be with the Lord on November 28, 2024.

Mrs. Zielke was a graduate of Glassboro High School, Class of 1955 and a graduate of Glassboro State Teachers College.  Mrs. Zielke was the Librarian at Williamstown High School for many years before retiring.  She was a member of the Delta Kappa Gamma, a professional society for women educators. Mrs. Zielke was a member of the Washington Baptist Church in Washington Twp.  She served for many years as a Sunday School teacher and also sang in the church choir.  She enjoyed reading and learning about Bible prophecy.

Beloved wife of the late Charles Sharp Zielke.  Devoted mother of Lynne Davis (Jack) and Charles "Chad" William Zielke, II (Michele).  Loving grandmother of Melissa Burnham (Dan), Graham Matthew Davis (Quinn), Jessica Granotto (Drew) and Charles William Zielke, III (Faith).   Loving great-grandmother of Brennan, Zane, Mikayla, Hunter, Elinor and Lydia.  Dear sister of Gerald Sykes.  Loving daughter of the late William Sykes and the late Jewell Sykes.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Wednesday, December 4th  from 10:00 -11:00 am at the Farnelli Funeral Home, 504 N. Main Street, Williamstown, where a service will be held at 11:00 am.  Private burial will take place in Cross Keys Methodist Cemetery, Williamstown.
