Francis A. Price, 79, of Williamstown, NJ, passed away on December 2, 2022 with his loving family by his side.  Born in Camden, he grew up in Franklinville and has lived in Williamstown for 58 years.

Frank was a welder from 1981–2010 for the Heavy and General Laborer Union Local #172, Arthur Henry Construction before retiring.  He also formerly worked for Showack Electric, Casper Trucking Company and REMCOR.  Frank enjoyed hunting, fishing, welding, working around the house, helping others and spending time with his family.

Beloved husband for 58 years of Marianne Price (nee Aletich).  Devoted father of Denise Phillips (Carter), Lisa Price-Buerklin and Karen Price.  Loving grandfather of Valerie Vezza (Anthony), Hilary Phillips, Madison Buerklin, Max Buerklin and Natalie Price Gomez.  Loving great-grandfather of Lucas Vezza, Zoë Vezza, Brody Vezza and Dane Briggs.  Dear brother of Regina Snead (Dennis), Melissa Finnegan and the late David Price.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Friday, December 9 ^th from 9:00 – 11:00 am at the Farnelli Funeral Home, 504 N. Main Street, Williamstown, where a service will be held at 11:00 am.  Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Williamstown.
