Gertrude A. Britton, age 90, of Williamstown, NJ, formerly of Runnemede, NJ, passed away on June 18, 2023.

Born in Haddonfield, NJ, Gert raised her boys in Runnemede, before moving to Williamstown.  She worked as a waitress for many years at Sonny's Luncheonette in Runnemede and Little Nick's Diner in Sicklerville.  With a lead foot, she loved to drive, whether it was chasing fire engines, doing a "drive-by" or taking a trip to the mall.  Gert enjoyed word searches and watching her favorite shows, especially "Me" TV.

Loving mother of Lee Britton (Philomena) and Don Britton (Ree).  Dear sister of Lee Britton, Shirley Price, the late Jeanette Schlosser, Edward "Butchy" Britton, and Patricia Perry.  Devoted grandmother of Nicole, Chris, Candice, Whitney, Jake, Koren, and Chad.  Great Grandmother of Jeffrey, Dilly, Davey, Ellie, Jessica, Samantha, Nicholas, Lilly, and Ben.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Friday, June 23rd from 10:00 - 11:00 AM at the Farnelli Funeral Home, 504 N. Main Street, Williamstown, where a funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM.  Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery, Hurffville.
