Glenn R. Baughman, Sr., age 75, of Franklinville, NJ, passed away suddenly on September 9th, 2023.

Born in Philipsburg, PA, Glenn was raised in Sanborn, PA before moving to Franklinville in 1985.

Glenn worked as an Area Superintendent & member of the IUPAT for Cannon Sline in Philadelphia, PA for 40+ years before retiring.  He was an avid deer & turkey hunter, enjoyed reading, playing computer games, and had a wealth of knowledge of war history.  Above all, Glenn enjoyed his time spent with his family, especially his grandchildren & great grandson. When in his presence you always had to be aware of a practical joke. He had two of the best friends he could ask for in John & Ron Smith, when they were together the laughter was never ending and the turkey were never safe.

Beloved son of the late Warren and Iva Baughman (nee Richner).  Devoted father of Glenn R. Baughman, Jr. (Beth) and Brian Baughman.  Loving grandfather of Ryan, (Colby) Alexis, (Brooks) Rachel, (Mathew) Lauren, Madison, and great grandfather of Warren Glenn.  Dear brother of Darla Pollock (John) and the late David Baughman (Carol).  He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Monday, September 18th from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM at the Birger A. Freeberg Funeral Home, 200 David Street, Houtzdale, PA, where a funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM.  Burial will follow in the Baughman Cemetery, Sanborn PA.
