Glenn Garwood, 65, of Winslow Twp., NJ, passed away on April 4, 2024 after a brief illness. Born in Woodbury, he was raised in Glassboro and lived in Williamstown before moving to Winslow Twp. in 2008.

Glenn was a graduate of Glassboro High School, Class of 1977. He was an auto mechanic and most recently worked for Clark's Auto Repair in Williamstown before retiring.  Known for his ability to fix anything, he was often found around the house doing repairs.  Walking and spending time with his family were among his favorite pastimes. Glenn loved traveling and every year in March, he and his wife would visit his favorite place, Indian Rocks Beach Florida.

Beloved husband of 42 years to Trudy L. Garwood (nee Samuelian). Devoted father of Kevin Garwood (Amber) and Kristin Wenner (Matt). Loving Pop Pop of Jamal, MaKayla, Payton, Kane, and Niko. Brother of Barry Garwood (Carol) and David Garwood (Pam).  Loving son of the late John "Bert" Garwood and the late Kathryn Garwood. Dear brother-in-law of Linda Campo (Sal), Stacy Scarrow (John), Tammy Norris, Ginger Frantz (Richard), and Joao Leal. Treasured uncle of many loving nieces and nephews. Glenn also leaves behind his beloved canine companion, Travis.

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Saturday, May 18th from 10-11:30 AM at the Farnelli Funeral Home, 504 N. Main Street, Williamstown, where a memorial service will follow at 11:30 AM.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Tunnels to Towers ("Since 9/11, we have been helping America's heroes by providing mortgage-free homes to Gold Star and fallen first responder families with young children and by building specially-adapted smart homes for catastrophically injured veterans and first responders. We are also committed to eradicating veteran homelessness and helping America to Never Forget September 11, 2001.")
