Grant Tyler
Elliott
July 15, 1970 – April 2, 2022
On Saturday, April 2, 2022, Grant Tyler Elliott passed away suddenly and unexpectedly in the arms of those who loved him most. He was 51.
Grant was a rare soul. He loved science fiction and his passion for Star Wars was unmatched. He also loved sports, especially the Phillies and the Eagles. His faith and deep understanding of the Bible inspired many. He led by example, rather than by words, and he truly loved others unconditionally. He was passionate about politics, and he believed a better world was possible, particularly for those who society overlooked. Despite his disabilities and his struggles, he forged a path for himself, graduating from both Lancaster Bible College and Hatfield Biblical Theological Seminary. He loved to travel and had a special place in his heart for Maine, where he spent time with his family. However, the part we'll remember most about Grant was his pure essence. His generosity, courage, wisdom, integrity, and gentleness, especially over the last four years, were unrivaled. He was stripped of everything, yet he taught us how to live, love, and give.
He will be forever treasured by his family and friends.
To honor his life, we invite you to gather at the Farnelli Funeral Home, 504 N. Main St., Williamstown, NJ 08094 on Friday, April 8, 2022. A viewing will be held from 2:00 -3:00 PM and a celebration of his life will begin at 3:00 PM.
Any donations contributed in his memory may be sent to St. Jude's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. https://www.stjude.org/
