Herbert A. Wendt, Jr., age 80, of Williamstown, NJ, passed away on August 17, 2022.

Mr. Wendt was born in Norfolk, VA, and lived in Philadelphia, PA before moving to Williamstown.  An intelligent, resourceful man, Herb was a collector of fine arts.  He loved to work with his hands and tinkering around his home.  He enjoyed being outdoors and in his spare time, he enjoyed hunting.  Herb was a dog person and loved them all throughout his lifetime.

Beloved husband of 58 years of Carol A. Wendt (nee Milller).  Devoted father of Gerald "Gary" M. Wendt (Donna Rose) and Herbert A. Wendt, III (Rhine).  Loving grandfather of Steven Wendt (Fiancé Briana Molino), Brandi Forvour (Joshua), Jacob A. Wendt, Michael Wendt, Lucas Wendt, and Alyssa Wendt.  Treasured great grandfather of Kylie, Kendra, and Aurora.  Dear brother of Bruce F. Wendt.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Saturday, August 27 ^th from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at the Farnelli Funeral Home, 504 N. Main St. Williamstown, NJ, where a service will be held at 8:00 PM.  Prior to his funeral services, the family will be receiving guests in their home for anyone that would like to share fellowship and refreshments.
