James R. Ogren, age 84, of Bear DE, formerly of Pennsauken, NJ, went home to be with the Lord on April 14, 2023.

Jim was born in Camden, NJ and resided in Pennsauken for many years before moving to Bear, DE in 2002.  He was a US Army Veteran and worked as a Master Union Carpenter for Local #8 in Philadelphia and most recently H.C. Ogren Construction, before retiring.  He enjoyed bowling, boating and helping others whenever he could.

Beloved husband of the late Shirley R. Ogren (nee Heacock).  Devoted father of Thomas Ogren (Kim) and Kathy King (Matt).  Loving grandfather of Casie, Holly, Ashley, Cole, Chad, and Tyler. Dear brother of Harold Ogren (the late Rosemarie) and Darlene Muchler (William).  He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.  Jim was predeceased by his parents Mary Buckman and Robert Ogren (Georgine).

Services will be held privately at the request of the family.
