James C. Paoletta, age 94, of Norwalk, CT, passed away on April 20, 2025.

James was a US Army Veteran.  He worked in construction for the city of Stamford for many years before retiring.  Dad also worked for Cecio Brothers for many years.  Dad enjoyed being a devoted husband and loving father.  Dad also enjoyed flying seaplanes many years ago, playing golf with his nephew Frankie, video-recording family gatherings, and painting pictures.  Dad loved going for walks at the beach with his wife Carmella, playing Bocci with friends, playing Uno with his grandkids, gardening, watching baseball and golf, and loved eating ziti and meatballs every Sunday.

Beloved husband of the late Carmella Paoletta (nee Abbruzzese).  Devoted father of Kenneth Paoletta (Joyce), Carol Mavrakis (Paul), Angelina Ozols (Pete), and the late Alice May Tuohey.  Loving grandfather of Paige, Heather, Victoria, Sylvia and Amy and great grandfather of James.  Dear brother of the late Michael Paoletta, the late Marco Paoletta, and the late Phyllis Kirk.
