James W. Stuart Jr., age 80, of Timber Lakes in Williamstown, NJ, passed away peacefully on November 9, 2023.

Jim worked as a computer programmer for RCA, Martin Marietta, Lockheed Martin, and the FAA Tech Center. In retirement, he took great pride in testing products for Microsoft. He loved fast cars, watching Indy car races, and especially loved his Corvette and green Chevrolet Novas. He also enjoyed watching the Eagles and Phillies. He was a huge science fiction fan, Star Trek being his favorite, but also enjoyed Star Wars, Battlestar Galactica, Buck Rodgers, and Dr. Who. One of his favorite hobbies was photography, he enjoyed taking photos of landscapes, his family and friends, his cars, and his roses.

Jim is survived by his children Jenn Stuart and James Stuart III and his beloved grandson Connor Lane.

Friends are invited to his visitation on Saturday, November 18th from 12:00 – 1:00 PM at the Farnelli Funeral Home, 504 N. Main Street, Williamstown. A time of sharing will be held at 1:00 PM, where family and friends are encouraged to share a memory about Jim.

One of his passions was growing roses, which he took great pride in, either plant a rose in his memory or in lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in his name at Code.org.
