Janet M. Panico (nee Augustine), age 79, of Holiday City in Williamstown, NJ, formerly of Somerdale, passed away on July 16, 2021.
Janet worked as a bookkeeper for American Eagle Express in Aston, PA, for many years before retiring. She was a member of Our Lady of Peace Parish in Williamstown. An active resident of Holiday City, she participated in the musicals, walking club, and Red Hat Society. She was an avid traveler and loved spending time at the Jersey shore. Janet was a Big Band and Motown fan. She enjoyed dancing, reading, cooking, and baking, making decorative cookie trays for friends and family during the holidays.
Beloved wife of the late Benjamin J. Panico. Devoted mother of Kimberly Ksionska (Frank), Joseph Panico (Sylvia), Lorraine Mennen (Ray), James Panico (Nicole), and the late Robert Panico (Trish). Loving grandmother of Heather, Allyson, Ricky, Emily, Olivia, Bobby, Christa, Steven, Dayna, Ryan, Dawn, Gia, and Nicholas and many great grandchildren. Dear sister of James Augustine (Barbara), the late Charles Augustine, and the late Joseph Augustine. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Cremation was held privately. Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Wednesday, July 21st from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM, where a service will be held at 12:00 PM at the Farnelli Funeral Home, 504 N. Main Street, Williamstown. Inurnment will follow in the Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Williamstown.
