Joan C. Dare (nee Porch), age 76, of Malaga, NJ, suddenly passed away at Inspira Medical Center in Mullica Hill on January 7, 2022.

Mrs. Dare was born on February 27, 1945, in Elmer, NJ to the late Chalkley and Helen Porch (nee Yeager).  She resided in Malaga, NJ for over 60 years.  She worked as a machine operator for Aura Badge for 23 years.  Joan was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.  She loved being with her grandchildren, especially her great grandchildren, Ben, Maddie, and Riley; she loved to travel to Kentucky to see them.  She also loved to garden; she had some beautiful flowers.  She loved working; she was a very strong, independent woman.  Most of all, she was known as the family's Queen.

Beloved wife of the late Walter J. Dare, Sr. Devoted Mother of Walter J. Dare, Jr., Denise H. Ianni (Donald), Gregory J. Dare (Marlene), Keith B. Dare. Loving Grandmother of Claytina D. Ford (Zane), Tara Schaser (Kyle), Alyssa Dare, John Dare, Anthony Dare, Raymond Dare, Desiree Jones, Devon Dare and Great Grandmother of Riley, Madeline, Bennet and Bryce.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Saturday, January 15 ^th from 9:00 – 10:00AM at Life Church, 1509 N. Main Street, Williamstown, where a funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow in Eglington Cemetery, Clarksboro, NJ.
