John H. Posik, Jr., age 74, of Williamstown, NJ, passed away on October 5, 2022.

Born in Manhattan, NY, he was raised in Collingswood, NJ before moving to Williamstown.  He was a graduate of Collingswood High School, where he was a talented wrestler.  John was proud US Army Veteran of the Vietnam War.  He worked for Sperry Univac, GE, and Lockheed Martin, before retiring from OPEX Corp. in Moorestown.

He enjoyed watching Stargate SG-1, Star Trek, college and professional football, and World Cup soccer.  A New York native, he was a die-hard Yankees fan.  John loved playing his computer games and above all, he treasured time spent with his grandson Zach.

Beloved husband of the late Kathryn A. Posik (nee Petroski).  Devoted father of Alyssa Gibson.  Loving grandfather of Zachary.  Dear brother of Lillian DiCicco (John) and uncle of Tina DiCicco, John DiCicco & T.J. DiCicco (Daria).  Best friend of Dale Bird and John Talorico.  Father in law of Jason.  He is also survived by his fur baby Lucy.

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Saturday, October 15th, from 10:00 – 11:30 AM at the Farnelli Funeral Home, 504 N. Main Street, Williamstown.  Inurnment with military honors will follow in the Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Williamstown.
