Joseph T. Garoppo, age 74, of Franklinville, NJ, passed away on August 8, 2024.

With a passion for work, he was a dedicated provider for his family.  He owned and operated Garoppo's Service Center in Franklinville.  In his free time, he enjoyed boating and fishing.

Beloved husband of Olga Dmytrus.  Devoted father of Nicholas Kusznir (Gordana) and the late Michael Kusznir.  Loving grandfather of Alexander.  Dear brother of Pasquale "Pat" Garoppo (Judy).  Loving uncle of Pat Jr., David (Tina), Tracy (Bill), Valerie, and her daughter Addison.  Also survived by his aunt, Dolly.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Tuesday, August 13th from 6:00 – 8:00 PM and again on Wednesday, August 14th from 10:30-11:30 AM at the Farnelli Funeral Home, 504 N. Main Street, Williamstown.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday at 12:00 PM at St. Mary's Church/Our Lady of Peace Parish, S. Main Street & Carroll Ave., Williamstown.  Entombment will follow in All Saints Cemetery, Franklin Twp.
