Julia A. Welsh (nee Renner), age 60, of Williamstown, NJ, passed away on November 18, 2021.

Julia enjoyed the arts and volunteering at local food pantries.  She had a heart of gold and above all, loved to spend time with her family.

Beloved daughter of the late George and Teresa Renner.  Devoted mother of the late Melissa Toomey, William R. Toomey (Kathleen March), Thomas Starner, Brian Starner, and Katelyn Welsh.  Loving grandmother of Aryana, Liam, Annabella, Ava, Jonah, and the late Arya.  Dear sister of William Renner (Debbie), Terry Harris (Ralph), Patricia Renner, and James Renner.  She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Tuesday, November 23rd from 6:00-7:00 PM at the Farnelli Funeral Home, 504 N. Main Street, Williamstown, NJ, where a memorial service will be held at 7:00 PM.
