Kelsey L. Brown, age 29, of Mt. Ephraim, formerly Williamstown, NJ, suddenly passed away on February 10, 2026.

Kelsey was a graduate of Williamstown High School, class of 2014. She attended Rutgers University - Camden, earning degrees in Music, Theater, and Education in 2018. She earned her Masters in Theater Arts Administration from Rowan University. She was an arts administrator, writer, producer, teacher, director, a performer, a musician and vocalist. She could be seen performing around the area on a variety of stages, with bands, solo and as a duo, under her own Melodymakers banner. She lived her far too short, deeply talented life, with passion, spreading the joy of music, kindness, and her light.

Beloved daughter of Roger and Margie Brown (nee Reynolds). Loving fiancé of Michael Dugger. She is also survived by many aunts and uncles, many, many cousins, friends, and her dearly loved cats, Percy and Caleb.

Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation on Friday, March 6th from, 3:00 – 5:00 pm at the Farnelli Funeral Home, 504 N. Main Street, Williamstown, NJ, 08094. Time of sharing will begin at 5:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Margaret Brown c/o Farnelli Funeral Home at the address above to be used for a scholarship fund in Kelsey's name that will be established at a later date.
