Obituary

Leroy D. L'Esperance, Jr., age 89, of Sewell, NJ, formerly of Williamstown, passed away on September 13, 2021.
Leroy was a US Navy Veteran of the Korean War and worked as a draftsman and designer for Campbell Soup for many years before retiring in 1994. He enjoyed fishing, woodworking, was an avid Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles fan and a dog lover. He spent many years passionately coaching Monroe Twp. Little League. Above all, he loved spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Beloved husband of 68 years to Janet K. L'Esperance (nee Kortman). Devoted father of Leroy D. L'Esperance, III (Susan) and Kenneth L'Esperance (Kathryn). Loving grandfather of Brittany (John), Evan (Ashley), Arielle (William), and Elyse (Brett). Dear brother of the late Frank L'Esperance. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Monday, September 20th from 9:30 – 11:30 AM at the Farnelli Funeral Home, 504 N. Main Street, Williamstown, where a funeral service will be held at 11:30 AM. Burial will follow in Brotherhood Cemetery, Williamstown.
