Marcella L. Bass (nee Burnett), age 90, of Washington Twp., NJ, passed away on June 7, 2022.

Marcella valued education and proudly earned her Master's Degree.  She worked as a counselor before retiring.  In her younger years, she enjoyed crafting, especially sewing and ceramics.  She was a dedicated military wife, spending many years traveling alongside her husband.

Beloved wife of the late Col. Donald C. Bass.  Devoted mother of Kendall Bass (Bonnie) and the late Bretten Bass (Nancy).  Loving grandmother of Jamie (Cliff), Ayesha (Brian), Brianna (Steph) and great grandmother of Tyree, Ciani, C.J., Ahnya, Jalen, Brooklyn, Cassian, and Amina.  Dear sister of Marqus Burnett, the late Marita Davis, the late Maxine Allen, and the late Malcolm Burnett.  She is also survived by her nieces and nephews Marla, Mar-yan, Daphne, Lezlie, Alex, the late Jay Parker and many other loving family members.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Saturday, June 11th from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM at the Farnelli Funeral Home, 504 N. Main Street, Williamstown.  Burial will follow in the Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Williamstown.
