Margaret R. Foran (nee Kontuly), age 93, of Holiday City in Williamstown, NJ, formerly of the Germantown section of Philadelphia, passed away on September 17, 2024.

Margaret worked as a secretary for LaSalle University in Philadelphia for many years before retiring.  She was active in the Holiday City community where she was a part of the Rosary group, stitching group and the pancake breakfast.  Margaret also volunteered at Juniper Village and as a member of St. Mary's Church/Our Lady of Peace Parish, she volunteered for the yearly church carnival.

Beloved wife of 72 years to Raymond "Edward" Foran.  Devoted mother of the late Raymond E. Foran, Marge Pool (Ed), Kathy Gillespie, Rick Foran (Edna), and Michael Foran.  Loving grandmother of Ed Pool (Ilana), Melissa Spadea (Matt), Andrew Gillespie and great grandmother of Kylee and Joey Spadea.  Dear sister of the late Anna Pallante, the late Mary Hanlon, the late Agnes Kelley, the late Josephine Neptune, and Anthony Kontuly.  She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Tuesday, September 24th from 10:00 – 11:00 AM at St. Mary's Church / Our Lady of Peace Parish, S. Main St. & Carroll Ave., Williamstown.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM.  Inurnment will follow in the Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
