Martha Gilliard (nee Alexander), age 84, of Glassboro, NJ, passed away on November 6, 2024.

Born in New Brunswick, NJ, Martha lived in Somerdale and later Williamstown, NJ. A dedicated healthcare professional, she graduated from the Pennsylvania Hospital's nursing program in 1960. Martha went on to have a long and fulfilling career as a registered nurse, providing care and comfort to countless patients until her retirement in 2002.

Wife of the late Rev. James Gilliard.  Mother of Beatrice A. Agar (John A. Agar), Melissa Berg (Jeff Daniels), and Alan L. Berg (Dianna). Grandmother of Rebekah A. Agar (Tim Cao), Sarah Atchison (Steven M. Atchison), Alan Berg, Jr. "AJ", Lydia Berg, Cooper Daniels, and Parker Daniels.  Great Grandmother of Quincy J. Cao, Wriley P. Cao, and Ronan M. Atchison.  Sister of Gale Kornbluth (Michael).

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Graveside Service at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, November 13th at the Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 240 N. Tuckahoe Road, Williamstown, NJ.
