Mary F. Hallquist (nee Tomlinson), age 89, of Elmer, NJ, went home to be with the Lord on May 9, 2026.  Raised in Sicklerville, NJ she was a long-time resident of Barrington before settling in Elmer.

Mary had a dedication to her work as a Nursing Assistant, working for numerous doctor's offices over the years, most recently Dr. George Schmid in Audubon.  She was a devoted member of the Hardingville Bible Church, where she cherished her church community.  Mary was an avid gardener and enjoyed adding to her collection of shoes and pocketbooks.  Above all, her family was her pride and she cherished time spent with them.

Beloved wife of the late Gerald L. Hallquist.  Devoted mother of Rebecca Hood (the late Matthew), Deborah Barr (Bruce), Mark Hallquist (Teresa) and Judith Hallquist.  Loving grandmother of 20 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren.  Dear sister of the late William Tomlinson.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Monday, May 18th from 10:00 – 11:30 AM at the Farnelli Funeral Home, 504 N. Main Street, Williamstown, where a funeral service will be held at 11:30 AM.  Burial will follow in the Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Williamstown.
