Pat faithfully served the Lord with love and humor at Cross Keys United Methodist Church and lovingly cared for many many preschool children who are now wonderful young adults of whom she is so proud. Pat was an angel on earth who was gnome for her generous cooking and sharing her talents, recipes and meals with everyone she knew.
Pat is predeceased by her parents Walter and Vendola (Reedy) Pennock and her previous husbands Dave Kilian and Joe George.
Beloved wife of E. Carl "Sam" Sprengle, Jr. Devoted mother of Cheryl "Cheri" Lathrop (Stever) and David Kilian (Phyllis). Dear stepmother of Eric Sprengle (Hillary), Jacob Sprengle (Myranda) and Nathan Sprengle (Dorian Gold-Diamond). Loving grandmother of Victoria "Tori" Sterling (Sean Redfield), Benjamin, Michael, Nicodemus, Emery and Gia Sprengle. Dear sister of Carolyn Reedy Bowers (the late Earl "Danny"), June Barber, the late Clarke "Sonny" Pennock and late John Pennock (June). Cherished sister-in-law of Eric Sprengle Sr. (Diana Pierce) and Rebecca Sprengle Bertino (Anthony). Pat's grandniece Maddie, grandnephew Tommy, nieces Tancy and Lori and step nieces Amber and Heather each held special places in her heart.
Pat and Sam have recently been blessed by the devoted love and care of dear friends Maureen Meehan and Mary Ann and Bob Cooper with appreciation for the comfort of the very kind Bayada therapists and Hospice nurses. Pat was very thankful for the many caring visits from her dear friends and family. A shared meal was always special.
Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Saturday, April 25th from 10:00 - 11:00 am at Cross Keys United Methodist Church, 1644 N. Main Street, Williamstown. A celebration of Pat's life will begin at 11:00 am. Entombment will follow in Cross Keys Methodist Cemetery.
