Penny L. Shute (nee Romalino), age 60, of Washington Twp, NJ, passed away peacefully on July 17, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.

She was born and raised in Williamstown and was a graduate of Williamstown High School, Class of 1984. Penny started her career with Academy Knitters and later owned and operated Jazz it Up in Williamstown. In more recent years, she worked in the call center for Jefferson Hospital in Cherry Hill. She was a faithful member of Sicklerville Church.

Known for her kindness, strength, and unwavering love for her family, she touched the lives of everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy of love, compassion, and devotion will live on in the hearts of those she leaves behind.

Beloved wife of 42 years to Earl F. “Bud” Shute, III. Devoted mother of Nicole Foote (Erik), Natalie Dennis (Nate), and Nicholas Shute. Proud and loving grandmother to James, Lorenzo, and Olivia, who brought immeasurable joy to her life. Cherished daughter of Dolores and the late Fred Romalino. She is also survived by her loving siblings, Gary Price (Diane), Kenneth Romalino (Doreen), Debbie Henderson (Dave), and Mark Romalino (Kathy), along with many nieces, nephews, in-laws, extended family members, and dear friends who will miss her deeply.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Wednesday, July 22nd from 9:30 –11:30 AM at the Farnelli Funeral Home, 504 N. Main Street, Williamstown, where a funeral service will be held at 11:30 AM. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park, Hurffville.
