Raymond J. Benoit, Jr., 76, of Williamstown, NJ, passed away on December 27, 2022.  Born in Charleroi, PA, he was raised in Dunlevy, PA and has lived in Williamstown since 1971.

Ray graduated from Charleroi High School, Class of 1965. He was a US Navy veteran of the Vietnam War.  He owned and operated Ray Benoit Exterminating Company before retiring.  He enjoyed bowling, dealing black jack and was an avid Phillies, Eagles and Flyers fan.

Beloved husband for 53 years of Kathleen A. Benoit (nee Dickson).  Devoted father of Jeanine Parzyck (Brad), Sherri Schultz (William, Jr.) and Rachel Rose (Anthony).  Dear brother of the late George Benoit (Nina).  Loving grandfather of Julianne Tenerelli (William, III), Carlie Parzyck, Donovan Fulmer, Anthony Rose and James Rose.  Loving great-grandfather of William Tenerelli, IV, Cooper Tenerelli and Liliana Fulmer.  Loving son of the late Raymond Benoit, Sr. and the late Rebecca Benoit.  Also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Tuesday, January 3 ^rd from 8:30 – 10:00 am at the Farnelli Funeral Home, 504 N. Main Street, Williamstown, NJ.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am at Christ the Redeemer Parish/Assumption Church, Atco, NJ.  Burial with military honors will follow in the Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Williamstown.
