Raymond J. Bruce, age 57, of Stoneville, NC, formerly of West Berlin, NJ, passed away on October 22, 2024.

Ray was a truck driver for Tyson in Wilkesboro, NC.  He enjoyed being a volunteer fireman and was active with several fire companies over the years.  Ray enjoyed music, going to music festivals and spending time in the Pine Barrens.

He was a longtime friend, partner and husband of Dorothy Collier, being together for a total of 33 years.  Loving son of Constance Weatherhead and the late Donald Weatherhead.  Dear brother of Dylan Weatherhead (Nicole) and Michelle Catling (Arthur).  Loving uncle of Gina LaLena (Dan), AJ Catling, the late Justin Catling, Keegan Weatherhead and Payton Weatherhead.  Loving great-uncle of Daniel LaLena, Alyssa LaLena and Chase LaLena.

Services are being held privately.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Dorothy Collier to help defray funeral expenses.
