Obituary

Rebecca Lee Burg, 43, of Haddon Township, NJ, passed away suddenly on March 29, 2026.

Rebecca was a beautiful, devoted mother, a strong role model, and a loyal friend. She was known for her selflessness and the way she always put others before herself, especially her children. Everything she did came from a place of love, and she made sure the people around her felt it.

She had a naturally curious mind and a passionate personality. If something caught her interest, she gave it her full attention, determined to understand it completely. Whether it was a story, a person, or something she believed in, she wasn't afraid to speak her mind and stand her ground. While she could butt heads with others at times, it came from a place of care, often leading to deeper and stronger relationships.

Rebecca had a wide range of interests that reflected her vibrant spirit. She loved true crime, music, shopping, and had a very special interest in skincare, aspiring to become an esthetician one day. She also dreamed of opening her own restaurant, combining her love for cooking and bringing people together. She enjoyed horses and loved watching videos and learning more about them, and she adored her cats, Niko and Luigi. She also loved singing, swimming, and finding joy in the little things.

One of Rebecca's greatest passions was cooking. She loved preparing meals for others, especially her grilled chicken marinated with Italian dressing, and enjoyed exploring dishes from different cultures. She also loved baking and had a sweet tooth, enjoying desserts and simple comforts like iced tea and ice cream.

Holidays meant everything to Rebecca. She loved creating special moments for her children, especially during Halloween. Because she cherished those memories from her own childhood, she went above and beyond to make costumes and experiences that would stay with her kids forever.

Rebecca worked for Digital Blitz Marketing and brought dedication and determination into her work. In all areas of her life, she was hardworking and determined.

She often said her children should "stand on her shoulders," and she lived by those words, always lifting them up, supporting them, and wanting them to go further than she ever could.

Beloved daughter of Lisa Burg. Dear granddaughter of Kay Burg and the late Morten Burg. Cherished fiancée of Marquis Fisher. Devoted mother of Shaun Burg and Sienna Fisher. Loving sister of Josh Burg and Carly Skain. Treasured daughter-in-law of Terri Lewis and Douglas Fisher. Rebecca is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Services will be announced at a later date.
