Richard W. Clark, Sr. age 89, of Williamstown, NJ, peacefully passed away on August 5, 2024.  He was born in Camden, NJ and grew up in Haddonfield and Osage (Voorhees), NJ.

Beloved husband of the late Lee S. Clark (nee Rolleston).   Devoted father of Debora Ramchandani (Kishore), Dawn Danser (Bob), Daryl Shultz, Richard W. Clark, Jr. (Lynn), Dione Bastelica (Richard), and Russel Clark (Ana Ruth).  Loving grandfather of Jeremiah, Beth, Robert, Amy, Josiah, Joshua, Danielle, Jael, Jared, Jessica and Joselyn and loving step-grandfather of Shikha and Rashi.  Also loving great-grandfather and step great-grandfather of 13 sweet and adorable little ones.

He worked for and retired after over 40 years with NJ Bell/Verizon.  He served as a General Delegate/Chief Steward for IBEW Local 827.  He was affectionately known as "Dick Clark" by his friends and colleagues.

He and his late wife, Lee, enjoyed traveling cross country in their RV, bird watching and taking "no destination drives."

Days before he passed, as sunshine filled the room, to the amazement of those around him, he clearly said: "It's a nice day.  It's a really nice day."  Those were the last words he spoke.

As promised, we never left his side and we held his hand until his last breath.  Rest in peace Dad.  We love you.
