Richard B. Parker, age 85, of Williamstown, NJ, passed away on September 6th, 2026.

He was a hardworking and dedicated man who spent many years working as a boilermaker, journeyman, welder and later on as an agent and apprenticeship coordinator for Local Union #13. His career took him many places, allowing him to travel all over for work and experience many different adventures along the way. He took great pride in his work and the life he built for his family. It was through their shared love of racing cars that he met his beloved wife, Regina, beginning a relationship that would become one of the most meaningful parts of his life. Together, they created a life filled with love, memories, and countless moments to cherish. Outside of work, he enjoyed ice hockey and, most of all, spending time with family and friends.

Beloved husband of Regina Parker (nee Whittaker). Devoted father of Jennifer Parker. Loving grandfather of CaliAnn, Bonnie and Joseph, Jr.

Services will be held privately at the request of the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Richard’s name to the First United Methodist Church, at 159 S. Main Street, Williamstown, NJ 08094.
